This event takes place at Castle Beach, Falmouth, a beautiful and accessible spot for families. It’s easy to reach by public transport, with both bus and train options available. Castle Beach is just a 6-minute walk from Falmouth Docks train station, and there is on-road parking available alongside the beach for those arriving by car. Each session includes two hours of guided rock pooling, featuring our popular Rock Pool Bingo activity where children explore and identify local marine life. After a healthy lunch provided by Castle Beach Café (with multiple food options available), the fun continues with an hour and a half of beach-based activities. Children can choose from creative options like seaweed art, and/or classic beach games like ring toss, outdoor bowling, tag etc — all designed to encourage play, exploration and learning.
