(this is an individual, not a team competition)

There will be separate competitions at KS3 and KS4 in the following events:

• 25m freestyle
• 25m breast stroke
• 25m back stroke
• 25m butterfly
• 4x 25m IM

Each competitor may enter a maximum of 2 events, plus the IM.

Medals will be awarded for 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd places.

Event entry list must be sent to Simon Jones 2 weeks before the date of the competition.

Each school may enter 12 individuals per Key Stage.
