For all year groups and competition types, staff will need to contact the other schools in their division/group and make the necessary arrangements.                                                                                                     

Teams are expected to complete all their fixtures by the deadline of Friday 13 February 2026                                                                                                                

Where there are North and South divisions, play-offs will be required.                                                                                                                  

After the 13 February deadline, the first and second teams from the North and South divisions will progress to the play offs. First in the North will play second from the South: second from the North will play first from the South. The venue will be decided by an independent draw.                                                                                                                  

The deadline for the play-off semi finals is Friday 6 March.                                                                                                          

The final game(s) will be arranged after the semi finals have been completed.                                                                                                           

Please Note:                                                                                                        

Any team who does not turn up for a confirmed fixture will automatically forfeit the game with the being awarded to the opposition                                                                                                            

Any team who cancels a confirmed fixture with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the game with the points being awarded to the opposition.                                                                                                           

If either of the above occur, email evidence must be sent to Doug Martin and the opposition manager                                                             

No claims will be upheld if the first contact, by either school, has been made after 8 January 2026
