PLEASE NOTE NO SPECTATORS ARE ALLOWED DUE TO THE EVENT TAKING PLACE ON A SCHOOL SITE

There will be separate competitions for boys and girls.

Each team must consist of 4 swimmers, with each individual taking part in a maximum of 3 events – 1 individual event and 2 relay races e.g.

Swimmer 1:               25m Backstroke

Swimmer 2:               25m Breaststroke

Swimmer 3:               25m Freestyle

Swimmer 4:               25m Freestyle

Swimmer 1/2/3/4:     25m Medley Relay (Back : Breast : Free : Free)

Swimmer 1/2/3/4:     25m Freestyle Relay

N.B.  Freestyle means that the individual may choose any stroke.
