Back to Netball sessions are open to all women, regardless of age or fitness level. If you're: - Returning to netball after a break - New to the sport and curious to give it a try - Looking for a fun way to stay active and meet new people Then this program is for you! What to Expect Our experienced coach will guide you through every step, starting with the basics and gradually building up your skills and fitness. You'll enjoy a mix of skills-based drills, team exercises, and, of course, plenty of game time to put your practice into action. Each session is designed to be inclusive and enjoyable, so you can get fit, have fun, and make friends all at the same time!
