SS Basketball are delighted to bring back an event for its next edition as part of the SS Games weekend in 2025. The SS Wheelchair Basketball Festival is a fun, mixed team event designed to provide competition for not only those currently competing in wheelchair basketball - but anyone else who fancies giving it a go! Inclusive to everyone - whether you have a disability or not.

Eligibility: Experienced wheelchair basketball players and complete beginners are welcome! Able-bodied players are as welcome to join as those who may usually use a chair.
All players involved must be currently matriculated and able to show student cards upon request.
If you are not part of a student club, or your Sports Union, please ensure you arrange a free Recreational Wheelchair membership via basketballscotland.

Player Entry: Players will sign up individually, providing their experience level on the entry form. Teams will be formed with a fair balance of experience level. The draw will be released after entries close

Equipment: Basketball Scotland will be providing chairs for use, but players are welcome to bring their own wheelchairs if they have one

Timings: Registration from 0830 and finish for 1200. Full timetable will be released after entries close

Entry Cost: FREE (players sign up individually and get allocated to teams). Please enter by 23:59 on Monday 27^th January 2025
