SS Athletics are excited to host the SS Athletics Indoor Championships 2025-26! With medals up for grabs make sure you bring your best athletes to Glasgow.

Date: Saturday 7th February 2026

Venue: Emirates Arena, Glasgow

Eligibility: Any student currently matriculated at a Scottish University or College who has paid their SSS institution affiliation, is eligible to enter via the Student Entry forms. A limited number of guest entries are also available in some disciplines. 

All entries are subject to ourEvent Terms and Conditions.

Declarations: Declarations open at 10am. Please register no later than 1 hour before your event.

Entry: Please enter individually via Playwaze by midday on 21st January. No late entries will be accepted. Please be aware that entry caps are in place for all events to ensure the event runs smoothly. Refunds will not be provided if you withdraw after the deadline, as per our Terms and Conditions.

Entry IA Approval Deadline: midday on 23rd January

Entry caps: To allow an equal opportunity across our member institutions, the majority of disciplines will have an entry cap per club. Therefore, when speaking with your Sports Union, please ensure you rank your players and approve the correct number of athletes. 

All event caps will be removed if events are not at capacity after the entry deadline. 

Personal Best: All entrants will be required to complete a PB form for their event. All fields are required for the entry to be complete. Please complete the form with your most recent PB. 

If you do not have a PB in that event, please type '000'. 

Entry Cost:

• Student Individual - £13 per entry
• Guest Individual - £17 per entry
• Relays (Student only) - £20 per entry (teams will be invoiced following event)

Payment: All clubs/athletes will be charged for their entries via invoice sent to Sports Unions. All guest entrants will be emailed a payment link which is required to be processed before the event. 

As relay entries are open on the day, we will invoice teams after the event. 

Inclusive Event: SSS aim to provide an inclusive atmosphere and cater to all abilities. If you have any queries, accessibility needs, or would like to enter in a disability category, please reach out. 

Relays:

• We will invoice relay teams following the event
• Due to time constraints we will only accept 1 team per institution, per relay event on the day up to a maximum of 6 teams total (i.e. one Final per event)
• Relay teams should consist entirely of students from the same institution
