Races and Meet Format: Please click HERE for more information, including a provisional timetable
We will release a finalised timetable in the week prior to the event, once entries have closed. This will likely involve two sessions and heat times declaring winners, unless Finals can be accommodated.
Medals: Medals will be awarded to the top 3 in each event according to the SSS medal policy (a medal must be won in order to be awarded i.e. bronze is only awarded if there were 4 in the race). Presentations for each session will take place at the conclusion of each session.
Cost: £7.00 per individual event, £20.00 per relay team
Entries: Entries are now live on the SSS Playwaze system! (Click HERE for a How To Guide on how to sign up to Playwaze if you don't already have an account). Entry deadline of 23:59 on Wednesday 22nd January 2025. No late entries will be accepted.
Entry Process: Please ensure each individual signs up to compete themselves. Relay teams should be entered by a Team Captain.
You will be able to pay by card or by invoice for this event. If you wish to pay via invoice, please speak to your Sports Union first, to ensure they are ok with this.
Timekeepers: In order that the meet can proceed smoothly each Club must provide at least 1 Timekeeper. Please provide the name of this individual by emailing Sophie on the below email by 22nd January 2025.
On the day the timekeeper can be switched round but you will be expected to field a timekeeper throughout the session. Any problems with this please contact Sophie Charlton on sophie@scottishstudentsport.com.
