The DT Coaching Team is back this Summer Holidays at Trevithick Learning Academy… we cannot wait!

Each Time2Move Session will run for four hours, during which time your children will be able to take part in an array of their favourite sports and games, as well as a number of our alternative activities such as, Laser Tag, Nerf Games, Kin Ball, Ultimate Frisbee and Silent Disco. 

(Please be aware that not all alternative activities mentioned above will be run each day).

Extended Wraparound Hours:

The Time2Move Sessions run from 10am - 2pm. However, if you would like your child(ren) to attend the club for an additional hour or two, we will be running wraparound hours from 9am - 10am (morning) and 2pm - 3pm (afternoon).

• Wraparound hours MUST be booked in advance.
• You will need to include any wraparound hours as an "Add On" when making your booking via Playwaze.
• Each additional wraparound hour will cost £2.50 per child.
• Unfortunately, due to funding limits, the wraparound hours will not be Free School Meals funded. Therefore, if your child is FSM eligible and you book them in from 9am - 3pm, you will be charged £5.00 (2 x hours of wraparound) as the T2M session (10am - 2pm) will still be funded for you.

 Food and Drink:

• If you are making a booking using your child’s Free School Meal Voucher Code, then they will automatically be provided with a hot lunch and healthy snacks each session free of charge.
• For those not eligible for Free School Meals, if you would like your child to receive a hot lunch, sandwiches, fresh fruit and dessert whilst with us you can select this as an "Add On" when making your booking via Playwaze. This will be added to your booking at an extra charge (£10). Alternatively, children are more than welcome to bring a packed lunch along with them.
• If your child has any allergies/preferences, please make sure this is specified in your Playwaze account/booking information.

Example Menu:

• Chicken and vegetable pie, with mash potato, peas and/or sweetcorn 
• Sausage and vegetable pasta bake
• Sausage, mash potato, peas and gravy

Each day we also offer freshly made sandwiches (i.e. ham or cheese) along with fresh fruit for each child, and a traybake style dessert (i.e. fruit flapjack, apple sponge cake, lemon drizzle cake).

Clothing:

Please ensure that children are wearing suitable clothing and footwear for sporting activities and dressed appropriately for the Cornish weather. It is advisable for all children to bring a sun hat and suncream (clearly labelled with their names please).

Pick up and Drop off:

• Please ensure prompt drop off and pick up.
• The sign-in/collection point may be indoors, therefore please follow the “DT Coaching” signage to find us.
• If your child is to be collected by someone else then please let a member of the DT Coaching team know.
• If your child is to walk home, we will need a written note from a parent/guardian confirming this.
• Please ensure you/the person collecting knows your chosen password for collection (you will be asked to specify this when you are completing your child’s booking information).

Offers:

Please remember to use your Free School Meals Voucher Code (if your child is eligible for benefit related free school meals).

Multi-bookings: 

• Book two sessions for £45.00 per child. 
• Book four sessions for £80.00 per child. 

Please note that for this discounted rate to apply, it has to be the same child being booked on to the sessions.  

Club Expectations:

To help us create a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment for every child, we kindly ask parents and carers to review the expectations set out in our Code of Conduct (for children and young people) with their children before attending our club.

All children and young people will be reminded of DT Coaching's expectations, with regards to their behaviour and conduct whilst in attendance, at the start of each club.
