FitSteps is a dance fitness class inspired by the Latin & Ballroom dances from Strictly. But you don't need to have a partner, you don't need to know how to dance and it is suitable for all levels, ages (16+) and abilities!

Classes are held in Stapleford and Whittlesford (South Cambridgeshire). Book on for your first class and your second class is free!
