Simple standing, sitting, inverted and relaxation poses, to de-stress. Feel the beneficial effects on body and mind immediately.
This is a general level class, and something for everyone however inflexible, all are welcome.
All equipment is provided.
It doesn't matter what you wear, so long as it is comfortable for you and your body.
Yoga practice is a bare foot practice, so no socks to be worn, to ensure you use the sensitivity of the feet.
Please refrain from eating two hours before class, and no drinking water during class. This is because the digestive system is affected when practicing. On an empty stomach there is less pressure on the internal organs.
Anyone with a medical conditions should seek advice before attending and let me know at the beginning of class about any issues. Even if you feel a little unwell on the day, please do mention.
