Club Manager | Padel People Boston

Padel People Boston is seeking an energetic and hands-on Club Manager to oversee the daily operation of our padel and pickleball facility in Lincolnshire.

The successful candidate will manage venue operations, coaching programmes, events, member engagement, and community outreach while ensuring a high-quality experience for all players. Responsibilities include overseeing facility maintenance, organizing tournaments and social events, managing promotional activities, supporting coaching programmes, and helping drive participation and revenue growth.

Candidates should have experience in sports, leisure, or club management and a background as a coach or player in padel, tennis, or pickleball. Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills are essential.
