Take time out this summer with our Teen Wellbeing & Mindfulness Day (Good Vibes Only) — a calming, creative 4-hour experience designed for young people aged 12–16.
Each session includes relaxing yoga or movement, mindful games, hands-on crafts like calm jars and positivity bracelets, and guided journaling to explore thoughts and emotions in a safe and supportive space.
We’ll provide a healthy buffet lunch with herbal teas, fruits, and snacks to nourish both body and mind.
Each young person will also receive a take-home wellbeing pack filled with tools and resources to support their continued mental wellness.
With small group sizes, friendly staff, and a different North Northants location each week, this is the perfect way to pause, recharge, and feel good.
